Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you satisfied with the finished stone. Because all of our work is quoted after an on-site measure and performed in person, this policy explains how quotes, cancellations, re-dos and refunds work. Nothing is sold or charged through this website; payment is handled after the job is complete.
Quotes & Deposits
Every quote is given flat and in writing after we measure the actual surface. We do not take payment up front for standard residential jobs — you pay after you have inspected the finished work. For large commercial or multi-day projects we may agree to a scheduling deposit in writing before we begin; any such deposit and its terms are stated on the written quote.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- For a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a scheduling deposit (if one was taken) may be retained to cover the reserved crew time.

If You Are Not Satisfied — Our Re-Do Commitment
If any area we restored does not meet the standard we agreed to on the written quote, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will return and correct that area at no additional charge. Our first remedy is always to make the work right.
Refunds
If a re-do cannot resolve a documented problem with our workmanship, we will refund the portion of the job that was not performed to the agreed standard. Refunds are issued by the same method you used to pay, typically within 7–10 business days. Refunds do not apply to conditions outside our control that were disclosed before work began (for example, deep cracks, prior damage or stone that cannot be fully restored, which we point out and note on the quote in advance).
